1. General Terms & Applicability

This Terms & Conditions These terms govern all matters related to the use of the Hazi Bet platform (hazibet.app). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or betting service on Hazi Bet, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

Hazi Bet is an online betting and gaming platform for players in Bangladesh, offering Sports Betting, casino games, live games, and other online gaming services. These Terms & Conditions provided in Bengali so every player can understand them clearly.

These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bangla version shall be considered authoritative. Hazi Bet reserves the right to modify this Terms & Conditions reserves the right to update.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Hazi Bet, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• Each person may register one account only.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is completely prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be valid and active.

  Submit a copy of your National ID or passport. This is mandatory before large withdrawals.

  Once verification is complete, your account is activated and you can make deposits.

Any account opened with false information will be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts per person, per household, or per device is strictly prohibited on Hazi Bet.

3. Age Verification & Minor Protection

Hazi Bet strictly enforces an 18+ policy. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We may request government-issued identification for age verification at any time.

4. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposit

Hazi Bet supports deposits via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

• No processing fees on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification.

If Hazi Bet detects any unusual transactions, withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. This is done for the player's own security.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hazi Bet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players only, once on their first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• One Account, One Bonus: The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or devices.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will be added to your real balance, but wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all types of bets on Hazi Bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — bets are only refunded in special circumstances (such as a match cancellation).
• For any incomplete bet resulting from a technical issue, Hazi Bet will review the system logs before making a decision.
• Hazi Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to incorrect odds or data feed errors.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the bet will revert to its state prior to confirmation.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same match from a single account is prohibited.

In the event of a match cancellation or postponement

If a sports event is fully cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded. The same rule applies if the match does not resume within 48 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hazi Bet and will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to launder money or channel illegal funds through Hazi Bet.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting game glitches or system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Using a false identity to defraud the system.
• Engaging in inappropriate or harassing behavior toward other players.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Hazi Bet may close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Preventive action taken due to security risks.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

To close your account, email us at support@hazibet.app. Any remaining balance will be refunded after verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hazi Bet is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Issues with the player's device or browser.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Game interruptions caused by unexpected server maintenance.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Hazi Bet is committed to protecting players' personal information. Our detailed data collection and usage policy is separately available on the Privacy Policy page are outlined below. The key points are:

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Payment information is secured with SSL encryption.
• KYC documents are retained solely for verification purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data (after account closure).

11. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please first contact us in writing at support@hazibet.app. Hazi Bet will provide an initial response within 72 hours.

In the event of a dispute, Hazi Bet's server logs and transaction records will serve as the authoritative reference. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties may seek the assistance of a mutually agreed neutral mediator.

12. Changes to Terms & Contact

Hazi Bet may, at any time, update these Terms & Conditions may be updated. For significant changes, registered players will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
